Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical features of vitamin B12 (cobalamin) deficiency polyneuropathy like numbness, burning sensation, pricking pain etc. 2.Low levels of serum B12

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. B12 deficiency due to any secondary systemic illness/disease like Malabsoption syndrome, crohnâ??s disease 2. Uncontrolled systemic diseases like Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension
