Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients visiting the Out Patient Department of Dermatology of Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital. 2. Receiving topical steroids continuously or intermittently for a period of 1 week or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing to give informed consent. 2. Patients being treated on oral steroids.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the awareness of patients regarding use of topical steroids.Timepoint: At the time they attend the OPD. (Cross sectional)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare awareness of patients who are prescribed from outside the hospital to those prescribed topical steroids in the dermatology OPD.Timepoint: At the time they attend the OPD (Cross sectional)
