Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the individuals (male and female) with CKD and ESRD who are either in the pre-dialysis period or on continuous renal replacement therapy for more than three months and those willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative subjects 2. Any significant abnormality identified on physical examination or laboratory tests 3. Subjects with: Pulmonary disease Cardiac disease Collagen vascular disease and Previous pulmonary embolism

| To assess the prevalence of pulmonary hypertension in patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.Timepoint: SAMPLE SIZE: Male and female patients 100 in number.Doppler echocardiography will be performed in all patients to access pulmonary artery pressure.
