Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent obtained Squamous cell carcimoma Non salivary gland primary Stage III/IV head and neck cancer patients - to be treated by CTRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous radiotherapy Has had surgery first for the tumour Salivary gland tumour Is unable to read English, Bengali or Hindi. Patient is in such an emotional state that the treating oncologist feels taking part in the study will be detrimental to patientâ??s psychological health.
