Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primipara with the age group of 19 to 30 years patients in 1st stage og labour who have completed 36weeks of gestation. patients in latent phase of 1st stage with cervical dialationof 2 cm or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malpresentation,malposition cephalo pelvic disproportion multiple pregnancy preterm labour severe anemia/hb % less than 8 gm/dl plcenta pravia abruptio placenta fibroid uterus systemic disorder like DM ,hypertention,renal disorder,cardiac disorder eclampsia
