Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients referred from the HIV clinic of the medicine outpatient department of LTMMC and LTMGH 2 CD4 lymphocyte counts between 200 and 500 cells per mm3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 CD4 less than 200 cells per mm3 2 unstable patients with multiple systems involvement 3 patients with signs of opportunistic infections and co-morbid conditions
