Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravid pregnant women Within age of 21-30 years attending antenatal clinic in first trimester (5-12 weeks) Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women in second and third trimester Pre-existing illness like hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders
