Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE I AND II, Having mild to moderate contracture of neck(ONAHS CLASSIFICATION TYPE 1 AND 2), Mouth opening atleast 3cm, Undergoing elective surgery and requiring intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathology of neck, other than the scar, neck circumference more than 40cms, pregnant patient, Reactive airway, h/o sleep apnoea or co morbidities e.g Coronary Artery Disease, Bleeding Disorder, Increased ICP (intracranial pressure), Cervical Spine Problem etc, Mallampati grade-419
