Health Condition 1: null- Patients undergoing thyroidectomy under general anaesthesia

Interventions

Intervention1: Group- CT: After reversal of neuromuscular blockade, endotracheal tube will then be removed and LMA CTrach will be inserted and vocal cords will be visualized. Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II, scheduled for thyroidectomy under general anaesthesia (GA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper airway obstruction/ abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy 2. Restricted mouth opening 3. Increased risk of aspiration like morbid obesity, second or third trimester pregnancy
