Intervention1: Ashwagandha Patra Kalka: The wound will be irrigated with Quantity sufficient amout of Panchavalkala Kwatha maintaining aseptic conditions followed by application of Ashwagandha Patra K

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. With duration of more than 6 weeks 2. Cases of Dustha Varna (Infected, traumatic, Diabetic wounds, Venous (varicose) ulcers, Pressure ulcers (tropic ulcers, bedsores) etc. 3. In case of post surgical infection, the cases may be enrolled after 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from wounds like, Leprotic ulcer, Tubercular ulcer, Burns. 2. Patients of uncontrolled hypertension & Diabetes mellitus 3. Patients suffering from malignant ulcers. 4. Patients with Hepatitis, AIDS & STD
