Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are admitted in the wards 2) The patients who are on antibiotic therapy and tested positive on microbiological cultures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) OPD patients 2) Inadequate case records or data 3) Tuberculosis patients, Malaria patients and immuno-compromised patients such as HIV positive patients, cancer patients and pregnant women
