Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all newborn babies (30 - 36 wk of gestation ) , mother without any antenatal risk factor for sepsis,admitted at llrm within 1 -6 hours of life
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Babies with any of the following will be excluded: 1).Babies born with any major congenital anomalies. 2).Very preterm babies or extremely low birth weight babies ( 3). Babies with Severe perinatal asphyxia 4).Babies with severe sepsis at the time of admission. 5).Babies delivered by mothers with antenatal risk factors for sepsis. 6).Extra mural babies (after 6 hours of life &previous hospitalization)
