Intervention1: Immediate cord clamping with milking the umbilical cord.: Obstetrician will be priorly informed about the intervention and umbilical cord will be cut immediately 10 sec and the clamp

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term newborn babies delivered by normal vaginal delivery and cesarean who required resuscitation and surviving atleast 4 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Length of umbilical cord 2.multiple births (twins, triplets). 3.Rh negative & ABO incompatability mothers. 4.Any major congenital anomalies 5.cord prolapse, and cord anomalies like true knots 6.HIV positive mothers
