Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients with normal coagulation profile requiring nasal intubation for any surgery of duration upto 4hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.H/O cough and cold in past two weeks 2.Patients taking any oral decongestants, nonsteroidal inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS) or anti histamines 3.H/O nasal deformity or nasal trauma 4.H/O recurrent epistaxis, known allergy to used drugs 5.Patients with dearanged liver function profile 6.Pregnancy 7.Uncontrolled hypertension
