Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult female patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with previous irradiation to breast, patient with comorbid conditions, patients with hepatic and renal failure, patients on Oral Contraceptive pills, hypersensititvity to octreotide
