To know the role of Kanchanara Guggulu when given with a specific decoction,i.e, Guduchi Triphaladi Kashaya in the treatment of non- cancerous Breast-mass or nodule ( Fibroadenoma), single or multiple, which may occur with or without pain,in one or both of the breasts.

Intervention1: Kanchanara Guggulu with anupana of Guduchi Triphaladi Kashaya: Kanchanara Guggulu- 500 mg of each tablet, 2 tablets, 2 times a day orally, morning and night, after meals with 20 ml of G

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria (pain and/or any mass in the breast and/or investigations revealing presence of Fibroadenoma Breast). 2. Patients willing for trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Females of age below 15 and above 60 years. 2. Patients with evidence of malignancy. 3. Poorly controlled DM and/or HTN. 4. Suffering from major systemic illness. 5. History of cardiac diseases. 6. Participation in any other clinical trial during past 6 months. 7. Patients not willing for trial.
