Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric oncology patients referred to the department of Palliative Medicine with advance cancer having pediatric locally advanced or metastatic solid organ cancer, or a relapsed or refractory hematolyphoid cancer patients. 2. Parents willing to participate in the study and signing the informed consent. 3. Ascent from the children aged 7 years and above 4. Able to understand and complete the questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not able to understand Hindi or Marathi. 2. Participants not willing to consent.
