Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of superficial dermatophyte infection of skin and hair confirmed by KOH smear 2.Lesion number has to be two or more if previously untreated 3.Single lesion disease with a past history of poor/ incomplete response to any form of antifungal treatment (topical or oral).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling patients or parents 2. Serious disease 3. Presence of onychomycosis 4. Contraindication to griseofulvin or fluconazole 5. Liver and kidney functional disorder
