Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The high school teachers who are teaching at least six hours in a week with a minimum of five yearsââ?¬• teaching experience will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: During the intervention, teachers who are leaving, or not planning to continue in the schools for next six months time will be excluded
