Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women coming for caesarian sections under spinal anaesthesia through pfannensteil incisions of American society of Anaesthesiologists grading of Physical status II, with written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : Patient refusal, those with a history of cardiorespiratory illness, allergy to medications used, or chronic use of pain medications or those on adrenoceptor agonists or antagonists.
