Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with external fistular opening near or around the anal canal with discharge of pus blood or faecal matter from the opening with pain and discomfort
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: external opening with systemic illness or bleeding expusion of faecal matter or pus due to any other cancerous condition in the anal cannal or rectum or due to any injury will be avoided
