Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases:- Pregnant woman more than 20 weeks of gestation who are booked cases in KH, manipal with BP > 140/90mmhg on two measurements taken 6 hours apart, with Proteinuria of more than 300 mg in 24 hours urine were included in the pre-eclampsia group. Control :- Healthy pregnant women with similar demographic age will be included in the study as a control group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy Morbid obesity ( BMI> 40) Intrauterine fetal death Poor past obstetric history Medical disorders (chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, diseases, renal diseases, hepatic dysfunction
