Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Elective Modified Radical Mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Local site infection Patients with severe chest wall deformity Coagulopathy or on Anticoagulants Sensitivity to local anaesthetic Pregnancy Severe renal insufficiency Severe thyrotoxicosis Mental retardation
