Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sex 2. Age of patient more than 18 years. 3. ASA Grade I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years. Facial maxillary trauma Edentulous patient Burns patients with neck contracture Intraoral pathology /infections Bleeding tendencies Rheumatoid disease Degenerative spinal disease Inability to open mouth in obesity ASA Grade III and IV patients will be excluded from study.
