Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Fractures of Femur/Tibia in adults of either sex. 2. Closed and Open (Grade I) Long Bone Fractures of Lower Limb upto 2 weeks old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric Age Group in either sex. 2. Pathological Fractures/Non-traumatic fractures. 3. Co-morbid neurological conditions which preclude weight bearing. 4. Mental retardation or difficulty in patient-doctor communication. 5. Fractures more than 2 weeks old. 6. Any pre-operative, intra-operative and postoperative complications including infection.
