Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Patients on mechanical ventilation Patients admitted to main intensive care unit, pgimer on mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Death or discharge of patients within one day of admission to icu Obscured lung view for lung ultrasound Known lung pathology which affects lung compliance
