Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stroke survivors less than 6 months from the onset of stroke episode

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: stroke survivors with aphasia

The guidelines are a step towards developing standard protocols that are feasible and relevant to the context of clinical practice. The guidelines would increase standardization of services provided, reduce time spent by occupational therapists in planning and prescribing the home program at discharge, thereby improving the quality and quantum of services offered.Timepoint: at the end of the study
