Health Condition 1: null- All patients of either sex, posted for elective surgery in Main OT-1 and Main OT-2 posted for surgery requiring presence of an anaesthesiologist.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients posted for elective surgery in Main OT-1 and Main OT-2 located in the main OT complex will be included. Reasons for cancellation of elective surgery will be studied.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Procedures that did not require presence of an anaesthetist will be excluded. 2. Any case posted as an emergency case outside the OT list will be excluded.
