Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All volunteers visiting our Hospital centres are eligible for inclusion (including those suffering from type 2 diabetes, hypertension or other chronic co-morbidities).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely ill individuals, individuals unable to provide an informed consent will be excluded from the study.

Statistically evaluate the efficacy of the new digitalized application as a screening tool for vitamin B12 deficiency detecting vitamin B12 deficiency in the general population.Timepoint: After six months of first recruitment into study (May 2018)

To assess the cost-effectiveness of using this screening test to be used in all health centres to screen for vitamin B12 deficiency.Timepoint: 1 year
