Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients classified as ASA I, II or III according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists 2. Scheduled to undergo CRS+HIPEC procedure at Dr. BRAIRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to epidural block or propofol, desflurane, fentanyl, or morphine. 2. Patients with renal or hepatic disorders 3. Patient suffering from coagulopathy or receiving any anticoagulants. 4. Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction 5. Patient with BMI>=35kg/m2. 6. Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics 7. Thyrotoxicosis 8. Mental retardation
