Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Persistent lower back pain after atleast 3 months of appropriate medical treatment Clinically proven facet joint arthropathy NRS >5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Known allergy to local anaesthetics or contrast dye History of coagulopathy and anticoagulant intake History of psychiatric illness Anatomic deformity Pain extending below the knee joint Leg pain >back pain Any permanent neurological deficit Any radiologically proven cause of low back pain i.e. pottâ??s spine , metastasis. BMI > 30 kg/m2
