Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic Headache Chronic Neck pain Chronic Headache and neck pain Adequate mouth opening Pain minimum since last 2 years Not on regular pain medications in six months Take painkillers only if pain exceeds 2 days Patients volunteering to act as control for three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pace maker or cardiovascular disease Pain more than 3 days Migraine Pain requiring medical attention Patients with more than 6 mobile teeth
