Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with any form of maxillofacial fractures of either sex planning to manage by conservative method. Age group 20-60 years. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and come for follow up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting with facial fractures undergoing open reduction and internal fixation. Patients with any systemic diseases. Patients with endocrine disturbances. Patients with anomalies of the blood and immune system, bone disorders. Patients taking drugs that affect bone metabolism. Infected fractures
