Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the patient group, subjects between the age group of 18 to 60 years with complaints of chronic nasal obstruction and who are diagnosed with Nasal septal deviation by means of anterior rhinoscopy and endoscopic nasal examination by an ENT specialist. For the comparision group healthy subjects between the age group of 18 to 60 years will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with choncha bulosa, allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyposis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, acute upper respiratory tract infection, rhino-sinusitis within the last 2 weeks, any systemic illness , lactation, smokers, on any drug therapy within the last week and those who are pregnant are excluded from this study.
