Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I â?? II patients, aged 20-65 years, undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of seizure disorder 2. Patients with known sensitivity or contraindication to pregabalin, or on current treatment with pregabalin, gabapentin or other opioids. 3. Patients with diabetes mellitus, or with evidence of renal insufficiency. 4. Patients having cognitive dysfunction with inability to comprehend questionnaires 5. Concurrent enrolment in another yoga program
