Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects shall be recruited after a failed primary inferior alveolar nerve block injection and in good health, and none will be taking any medication that would alter pain perception, as determined by oral questioning and written questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients, allergeic to any content of local anesthesia, unable to understand pain scales, history of medications for pain control
