Inclusion criteria: Presently enrolled in School in Udupi District Read & Write English Consent to Parents & Assent to Participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents with a past history of or currently undergoing any active psychological/psychiatric interventions
