Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with hypergonadotropic hypogonadism and isolated hypogonadotropic hypogonadism
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have any chronic illness, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism , liver disease or treatment with drugs knowing to interfere with glucose homeostasis or fat metabolism (e.g. glucocorticoids). 2. Patients with cortisol deficiency or secondary hypothyroidism or GH deficiency in patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

Change in glucose intolerance, metabolic syndrome and beta-cell function /insulin resistance in patients with hypogonadism treated with testosterone replacement over a period of 9 months.Timepoint: 1.
