Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with clinical diagnosis of Idiopathic Parkinsonâ??s Disease based on UK Parkinsonâ??s Disease Society Brain Bank clinical diagnostic criteria 2.All patients with clinical diagnosis of Parkinson Plus Syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary parkinsonism a)History of repeated strokes with stepwise progression of parkinsonian features b)History of repeated head injury c)History of definite encephalitis d)Neuroleptic treatment at onset of symptoms e)Presence of cerebral tumor or communicating hydrocephalus on imaging study f)MPTP exposure g)Sustained remission
