Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to AB8 and TC 2 ICU requiring mechanical ventilation and fulfilling weaning readiness criteria. 2. Patient requiring atleast 24 hours of mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients less than 18 years. 2. Patients with neurological diseases and traumatic brain injury 3. Pregnant patients 4. Patient with delirium.   5. Patients not eligible for weaning
