Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient (18 years or older) Traumatic condition: participant at least one week after removal of elbow cast and advised to use their limb following immobilization. Fracture, dislocation, post-surgical contracture, burns involving the elbow joint Non traumatic condition: participant with elbow arthritis and contracture due to prolonged immobilization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heterotrophic ossification Bony block around the elbow Elbow stiffness with associated neurological problem.
