Inclusion criteria: 1. Palliative care professionals working in Department of Palliative Medicine in Tata Memorial Hospital 2.Palliative care professionals working in other centres 3. Palliative care professionals working in hospice care

a) To determine the various factors associated with high levels of burnout - Sociodemographic, type of palliative care professional (medical/nursing/counseling or social work related), type of setting ( tertiary cancer centre/non-oncology hospital/hospice), type of palliative care training received, number of years of palliative care experience, presence of supervision in day to day work, perceived level of alignment with organizational ethos b) To detect the difference in levels of burnoutTimepoint: 1—
