Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: scheduled to undergo short elective surgical procedure up to 40 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having 1. upper respiratory tract infection 2. restricted mouth opening 3. congenital heart disease 4. risk of aspiration 5. duration of surgery more than 40 minutes -position other than supine.
