Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present. Periodontal pocket depth > 5 mm after SRP. Intra Bony Defect >3mm on intra oral periapical radiographs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate, statin therapy) that may interfere with woundhealing. Grade II , Grade III tooth mobility. Smokers and alcoholic subjects. Pregnant and lactating women. Subjects who underwent periodontal treatment within a period of 1 year
