Intervention1: Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum Linn.) Hima: As antiemetic premedicant in patient, who are undergoing tonsillectomy surgery.20-40 ml on previous night of surgery & 6 hrs prior to surgery.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient undergoing tonsillectomy under general anesthesia by ether. 2) patient between the age group of 5-15 years,both male and female. 3) patient AF ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) grade 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient suffering from any congenital abnormality. 2) Patient with severe systemic disorder,like renal ,cardiac,endocrine and other life threatening disorder. 3) Tonsillectomy under general anesthesia other than ether.
