Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ) Histopathologically confirmed carcinoma Nasopharynx 2) Age >18 years 3) Completed all planned treatment at TMH and received IMRT for treatment Of their locoregional disease. 4) On regular follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have received treatment outside or who have not completed planned treatment 2) Not on regular follow-up

To analyze the outcomes (loco regional control, disease free survival, overall survival) of adult NPC patients treated with IMRTTimepoint: after Completion of radiotherapy

To report on toxicity of these patients wherever available (Xerostomia, hypothyroidism, Trismus, auditory abnormalities, visual abnormalities, etc)Timepoint: After completion of planned treatment
