Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crush injury , mangled extremity, traumatic amputation , infected open wound , open fractures with distal Neuro vasculardeficits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bilateral amputations , pregnant patients , head injury , cases shifted to icu, coagulation abnormality , diabetic foot , malignancy
