Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or Female , 25 â?? 85 years of age 2. Dorsal laminectomy in patients with dorsal stenosis / pid. 3. Cervical and Dorsal laminectomy in all decompressive surgeries. 4. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 5. Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Interbody fusion. 2.Dorsal scoliosis. 3.Fracture spine with instability. 4.Dorsal infection requiring fusion. 5.Anterior cervical fusion surgeries.
