Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adults of age above 18 years 2)ASA 1-2 posted for elective abdominal robotic surgery in Trendelenberg position which includes hysterectomy, prostatectomies, laparotomy, cystectomies etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Below 18 yrs of age 2)ASA 3 and above 3)Conversion to open surgery

Frequency of positive cuff leak test in robotic abdominal surgeries performed in Trendelenburg positionTimepoint: 1)immediately before the start of surgery 2)immediately after end of pneumoperitoneum and start of abdominal closure

MeasureTime frame
1)To check its correlation with, Intravenous fluid, Duration of pneumoperitoneum, Angle of Trendelenberg position 2)Frequency of chemosis 3)Frequency of post extubation stridor in 24 hrs post operatively. 4)Frequency of reintubation Timepoint: 1)immediately before the start of surgery 2)immediately after the end of pneumoperitoneum and start of abdominal closure 3)24 hrs after completion of surgery
