Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Normal hormone profile (AMH >1.5µg/l, FSH 2) BMI 18.5â??29.9 kg/m2 3) Euthyroid state with normal thyroid function tests 4) Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Distorted uterine anatomy e.g. fibroid, adenomyoma distorting the endometrial cavity 2) Poor ovarian reserve (AMH 12 mIU/ml, AFC 3) History of endometritis in the past (including tubercular endometritis) 4) Associated medical problems like diabetes mellitus or hypertension, heart disease or drug allergies 5) Renal disease 6) Malignancy 7) Sickle cell disease
